Being a mother, I have a special interest in the health and well-being of children. I have been fortunate enough to work with children in various capacities to spread the message of self-care. I believe children are the key to making this world a healthier place. Using a combination of lessons, demonstrations, hands-on activities, and takeaways, my programs are designed to both educate and inspire our youth to making healthy decisions for themselves. My programs last roughly 1 hour, unless otherwise specified, and require at least 1 other adult to be present. Travel fees may apply. To book a program, please use my contact information below.

Real Food Heroes & the Battle Inside You


Did you know there’s an army inside of you? That’s right! And your gut is the battlefield. Learn about your gut microbiome, your army, and the villains. Discuss what happens when the bad guys win. Finally, create a tracking system to determine who’s winning the battle inside you!

Build Super Powers with Super Foods


Do you know where superheroes get their powers from? Superfoods, of course! Learn how certain foods power up your body and how others “zap” your powers. Then, create a superhero meal and learn how to track your superpower levels each week. 

Healthy Meals They’ll Actually Eat!


Basic knowledge of nutrition starts with the five food groups. Kids will have fun learning about the 5 food groups in this hands-on experience identifying and sorting real food based on nutritional content!. Participate in a kid-favorite activity called the Grocery Shopping Spree. Wrap up by learning about a DIY project that will not just motivate the kids to eat well but also track their progress for weeks to come! 

Become a Smoothie King (or Queen)


Learn how to make smoothies that contain specific vitamins and nutrients. Have fun chopping, pouring, blending and - of course - taste testing! Finally leave with a list of recipes for delicious smoothies that include a shopping list and nutritional summary! 

Healthy Foods are GROSS


Learn how to change the flavor of foods while preserving the nutritional value. Become a scientist for an hour and learn ways to change the flavor, appearance and even texture of foods. Finally, taste test what you've created and record what most appeals to you! 

Kids Yoga


This is a kid favorite! Playful yet instructive class designed for specific ages. Choose from themes or special areas of focus. Mats may be provided upon request.
