Hello! Welcome to my site Whole Health 101 where my mission is to help you feel wholly healthy again. There are many factors that can bump us off course to feeling our best. As a certified professional Health Coach, with years of experience in the Fitness & Wellness Industry, I specialize in helping clients reach their personal health goals. 


The essence of my work is to empower, motivate and educate you on real, proven methods for health behavioral change. With my private clients, I take time to understand their circumstances and needs before prescribing action. Every plan is as unique as a fingerprint and is co-created between myself and the client at hand.


I also offer presentations for large groups including corporations, sports clubs and schools on a variety of wellness topics. And lastly, I offer specialized programs for adults and children that are both educational and fun!

One of the best ways to learn and increase your chances of succeeding in your long-term health goals is learning to become a savvy and efficient grocery shopper! After filling out a quick questionnaire, we meet at a grocery store and walk the aisles talking about healthy food options, pitfalls to watch out for (aka misguided claims and hidden ingredients), and best-suited foods for you and your family. A follow-up email will round out this experience including a grocery shopping template and tips.

Do you know where superheroes get their powers from? Superfoods, of course! Learn how certain foods power up your body. On the flip side, learn how refined sugars and ultra-processed foods can “zap” your powers. Then, create a superhero meal and learn how to track your superpower levels each week.
