Service Description

Let's get started with a 15-minute introductory phone call or email (your choice) to gather basic information. Following, you'll fill out a Family & Health History Form. Next, we'll meet virtually through Zoom. Here we'll talk in-depth about where you are on your health journey and your needs. Lastly, a follow-up email of the summary of the visit will complete this first-time client investment.

Cancelation Policy

To cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hrs. notice is required. Otherwise a $50.00 late fee may be incurred.
